Swedish synthpop artist Julian Brandt has teamed up with another chanteuse, this time with BWO member, Anna Marina Schiptjenko for Moon and the Stars, a kitschy synthpop track that is scheduled to be the lead single off of Brandt’s sophomore release, News Travels Fast in Stockholm. Each of the ten tracks taken from this album will feature a guest vocalist. Julian Brandt is no stranger to duets, having worked with the likes of Paulinda Crescentini and Kitty on previous releases. We like to think of his dramatic and campy flaire as a Swedish counterpart to Marc Almond.
