Belgian electronic duo, Soldout are back with a new video and single, Off Glory. It follows Wazabi, which came out last May. A new album is in the works and they have enlisted the help of none other than Front 242 frontman, Richard Jonckheere, whose influence you can hear here.
We featured Masters of the Radio about a year ago, and now they are back with a gorgeously subdued yet funky new single, Wings. Decidedly less synthpop than their last outing, The Pleasure Age, but still just as insanely catchy and delectable. Check it out.
The intro starts off very Leave in Silence, but by the time the vocals kick in, there’s no denying it’s all Father Tiger, in their brand spanking new video, Everyone Knows, which sees the band return to the spotlight with some well-appreciated higher video production values which features a voyeuristic view of some tantalizing skin.
It’s been awhile since we have posted on bop2pop so it seems only fitting that our return coincides with the reemergence of one our musical idols, Sally Shapiro. What Can I Do contains the same whimsy whispy sublime vocals we leave us mesmerized, but this time out it is paired with a sunny and organic arrangement (flutes and guitars, oh my). The track will be taken from the forthcoming album, Somewhere Else, due out early next year. We are also including the just leaked Com Truise remix.
